We are in need of an Accounts Payable Administrator to jump in and assist our accounting department on a 2–4-month temporary basis.   Our ideal candidate will have approx. 1-2 years of experience and your main responsibilities will be to processing supplier invoices and reconciling accounts. AP experience is an asset.    This position will be located out of our Sherwood Park office. We are open to candidates across Canada.    What would you be doing? - Create procedures to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. - Analyze, plan, and define data architecture framework, including security, reference data, metadata, and master data. - Create and implement data management processes and procedures. - Produce target-state solution architecture and perform assessments and gap analysis. - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to devise and implement data strategies, governance, create models, and assess stakeholder needs and goals. - Manage flow of data and integrations. - Champion information as an enterprise asset (delivered through Business Intelligence, consolidated reporting, executive dashboards). - Implement large-scale, creative IT solutions to facilitate business transformation. - Evaluate and identify IT-related risks. Does this sound like you? - Experience in IFS Applications, UKG or any other ERP systems. - Experience in Microsoft Azure web apps, logic apps and API connections. - Experience in Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments. - Demonstrate excellent foundation of data management and professional consulting skills. - Ability to bring together multiple data sources into a unified data warehouse. - Understanding of data analysis, business principles, and operations. - Excellent experience with data warehousing, big data, and cloud technologies with focus on the data architecture discipline. - Design concepts to make the flow of data in company as efficient as possible. - Excellentunderstanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices. - Thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture, hands-on experience with enterprise business intelligence platforms. - Hands-on experience with: Data modeling or architecture tools; BI (Business Intelligence) visualization software (MS Power BI); Data catalog software; Data quality management; leading large data warehousing and analytics projects; relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
