We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team, focusing on projects within the downstream oil and gas sector in British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, exceptional communication skills, and a minimum of 4 years experience in the downstream oil and gas industry. The position is approximately 70% office-based (hybrid or remote work available depending on location), and an expectation of about 30% of the time in the field monitoring the progress of your project and meeting with clients.
The Project Coordinator collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers and environmental professionals, to set up, manage, and report on environmental services. This position will support billing, project invoicing, and project support, with a client-centred focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships to drive successful outcomes with various environmental programs. In a diverse and competitive environment, the Project Coordinator will partner with others to provide a safe, effective, and high standard of service delivery.
