We're looking for an HSE Lead who possesses extensive knowledge of HSE standards and has more than 5 years of focused experience in the oil and gas sector. As the HSE Lead, your main duties will involve fostering a safety-centric culture among staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and offering technical guidance on HSE matters.   Your knowledge of HSE Management Systems, NCSO certification, and relevant safety tickets will be instrumental in managing incident investigations and supporting WCB management. With your excellent leadership and communication skills, you will effectively lead, coach, mentor and guide our workforce to safety success daily. This full-time permanent role will provide support for maintenance and construction projects. The role will operate on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, but it demands flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
