Join Our Team for the Fall Turnaround in Anzac, AB!

 

FLINT is currently seeking a proactive Site Administrator to provide essential support to our team on-site for the upcoming Turnaround in Anzac Area starting July 2024

What would you be doing?

  • Receive packing slips, work tickets, and rental slips and enter the data in the system.
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain Management to facilitate differences and desired Purchase Order Adjustments.
  • Receive invoices and perform the 3-way match.
  • Enter the time for the field employees.
  • Handle reports for Key Performance Indicators.
  • Facilitate corrections.

Does this sound like you?

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in turnaround work or a similar role.

  • Have experience in Microsoft Excel.

  • Having experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances while on the job.

  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying and taking on projects and tasks.

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
