Are you a skilled Journeyperson Plumber seeking a new opportunity? FLINT is currently seeking a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to join our dynamic maintenance team in Fort McKay! In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your expertise in studying specifications, planning layouts, and assembling plumbing fixtures.

This permanent position is camp-based with a 7-day on and 7-day off work schedule. Transportation to the site will be provided from our flight hubs in Calgary or Edmonton. If you possess a valid Journeyperson Plumber ticket, have a keen eye for detail, and are physically capable of performing the duties required, we encourage you to apply.

What would you be doing?  

• Study specifications and develop plans to determine the layout of plumbing. 
• Cut holes through walls and floors to accommodate pipes. 
• Assemble and install valves, fittings, and plumbing fixtures. 
• Manipulate pipe through multiple means to help join and secure into position.  
• Test pipe systems for leaks.  

Does this sound like you? 

• Valid Journeyperson Plumber ticket.  
• Valid CSTS-20 and H2S Alive tickets.
• Ability to read and understand complex instructions.  
• Ability to do careful and rigorous work. 
• Specialized experience is an asset. 
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
