The Recruitment Administrator, reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Recruitment Department. This position is committed to driving continuous improvement by streamlining processes, reducing administrative burdens, and facilitating the consistent delivery of accurate and timely data. The Recruitment Administrator will utilize their resourcefulness and extensive experience to expertly manage a diverse range of administrative, coordination, and reporting responsibilities. Operating with defined objectives, this individual ensures tasks are completed promptly and efficiently, contributing to the department's overall success.
This is a temporary six-month contract position working Monday to Friday.

Educational background and experience: A high school diploma with at least three years of experience in an HR or recruitment setting is required. Post-secondary education in a related field is a bonus, and a combination of education and experience may be considered.
